I am a fan of the How Do Dinosaurs books, but this one isn't as cute. It doesn't follow the same rhythm as the other books. I do own it because I bought it on reputation without seeing it, but don't think I would have bought it if I saw it first.

Issues with the Story May 23, 2010

While this book's final message is a good one (dinosaurs give their mothers a kiss and go to bed without any trouble), the majority of the book shows dinosaurs having a temper tantrums and asks whether dinosaurs act like this when they're getting ready for bed. While the answer is that dinosaurs apparently do not have tantrums at bedtime, I'd rather not even discuss with my toddler the possibility of tantrums before bed.
